Sheetal goyalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. my 3 yr old had similar issues consult paed n take multivitamin supplements n strt using mamaearth castor oil mixed wd coconut oil it helped me a lot

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also massage your baby with coconut oil and lso you should prepare coconut oil with curry leaves. and apply on daily basis and clean with mamaearth baby shampoo twice a week.
