Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter's age is 3 year 8 months . she has very low level of haemoglobin, iron studies and vitamin D are very low. kindly suggest some diet changes for her to recover.

A. if it is very low then supplements are required however Vitamin D3 you should give and more iron rich diet like leaf green vegetables lentils dates and Vitamin C which helps in proper absorption of dietary ironm
