#asktheexpert My daughter's age is 18 months, she is able to understand everything but she is not trying to communicate orally.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 5 m old boy5 years agoA. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not wworry much about the language skills of the child because speech will gradually come. try to aavoid TV mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the childd talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child

Manali K MehtaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi parent It's ok she's too young to respond that way Take sunbath daily Give her nutritious diet. Don't.use packaged and processed food , maida items and RO water Talk to her and tell her stories maintaining eye contact
