Q.

#AskTheExpert My daughter's (age : 6 months 24 days) daily food habit - 1. Breakfast - Nestum Rice with Nan Pro 2 (quantity as per doctor's recommendation) 2. Lunch - boiled & hand smashed veggie (potato/carrot/pumpkin) or lentils water 3. Late afternoon - smashed banana/sweet lemon juice/boiled apple 4. Dinner - Nestum rice with Nan Pro 2 other times - breastfeeding as per her demand. Rice porridge is not yet given to her as we are left to perform my mother in law's anniversary death rituals. Is this food schedule okay for her? Rarely I had to skip her dinner due to her complex sysleeping timing. Is it fine to skip her dinner and giving breastmilk? I'll be rejoining school from 1st April. I'll not be able to breastfeed her in the morning. She loves to have all of those weaning food. She only declines FM. Now I am little bit confused regarding her food schedule. Please helpπŸ™πŸ™

A. It seems good the only thing is don’t boil the apple and steam it little to make it soft and mash with fork abd feed the baby and rest is fine
