#AskTheExpert My daughter refuses to eat anything I feed her I mean the healthy option like oats Raggi and vegetables and she loves to eats junk as potatoes fries , biscuits & chocolates how do I encourage her to eat healthy although I have fed her with all healthy food post she turned 6months but now she refuses to eat them

A. First of all keep chocolate or any other such food as a treat to tue child once she finishes her meal properly so she gets this idea for gettingit she needto eat healthy food and read stories about healthy food and junk foods and how ot affects her health maintain good oral hygiene

A. Hello ma’am Now your child refuses to eat all of it because your child is addicted to junk food because you’re introduced into a child I think way too early which is why this is happening so I would advise you to stop giving any kind of junk food to your child instead prepare healthy food in such a form that it would give a look of junk food like a Frankie or a role which you can prepare with regular flour and then give it to your child slowly gradually things will change but initially you’ll have to have a lot of patience
