#asktheexpert My daughter refuses to eat anything healthy or even junk. I dont know what to do, at her age. Shes 9 years and looks so thin and i feel short for her age. otherwise she is pretty active

A. hi mom try to give one pot meals milkshakes lassi curd rice soup rice mix veg dal.khichdi with ghee ragi dosa idli vada sambhar
