A. Dear if its due to dryness of winter try using Johnson's Baby Lotion, it provides moisture up to 24hrs and best for delicate skin. Its enriched with coconut oil. which helps to maintain ph balance of the skin. Keeps dryness away and protects skin from germs also. It shows its results in a day, still you find the bumps on area consult dr. May be it could be happen due to infection or skin allergy.
