A. hi it might happen because of heat or sweating. so please give bath twice in a day. prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child. keep your child well hydrated. apply thin layer of coconut oil while itching. keep that area clean and dry. for dark skin , gently rub aloevera gel on it.. maintain good hygiene.
