#AskTheExpert My daughter is very finique in eating. Her staple currently is milk, we are giving are Similac. We wanted to know if moving to a cow milk would be a good option. Also how do we make sure that her body gets all nutrition and protien needed.

A. Not now Not cow milk is not recommended before 1 year of age...pls use formula...babies digestion system is not prepare to digest cow milk at this age. It may lead to certain issues and digestive issues.
