ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi usually milk teeth start to fall by the age of 6-7 years..if milk teeth do not fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind the milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for removal of the milk teeth.
