Hi, My son is 6.5 year old and has not started loosing milk teeth yet. Kids of his age and younger to him has already started loosing milk teeth and got the permanent one. Can it be a health issue that is delaying milk teeth loss. Please help. Regards, Madhur

A. Hi milk teeth start to fall by 6.5 -7 years of age.. if milk teeth do not fall by their own and permanent teeth start to erupt behind the milk teeth then consult with Pediatric Dentist
