#asktheexpert my daughter is turning 3 on this march. i want to ask what is the healthiest diet for her about this age?

A. baby should have all types of food fruit and vegetables as to get essential nutrients for healthy growth and development.. proper diet plan. as 7am a cup of milk 9am break fast as poha cheela upma suji halwa dosa uthapam idli 11am any fruit as papaya apple pear sapota banana 1.30pm lunch as dal rice sabji raita salad 4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikki bread pakoda 7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha 10pm a cup of milk..
