Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

Yes Your child is too much underweight then yes you can go ahead with that but if your child is gaining proper weight then you do not need to go for any supplements it’s more important that the child should be active weight to KG plus minus really doesn’t make a difference
