Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom As ur baby is 10 months old and is suffering from fever then give paracetamol to ur baby. This will help to bring down the temperature. Repeat the dose after five six hours if fever comes again. Take care
