#AskTheExpert my daughter is suffering from indigestion from some week.pls suggest some home remedies and diet

A. During preparation of food for the children, one should always add a little of jeera, pepper, turmeric and pinch of hing(after one year) . These spices help in the secretion of digestive juices. Boil the ajwain (carom seeds) in water .  Give it to  your child and it  will work as an excellent appetite booster.  According to  Ayurveda ghee can be used to increase appetit Have very small amount of warm soup around meal times to support digestion.

A. hi dear ​​Your two-year-old should be eating three healthy meals a day, plus one or two snacks. Make sure your child eats from each of the basic four food groups each day: Meat, fish, poultry, eggs. Milk, cheese, and other dairy products. Fruits and vegetables. Cereals, potatoes, rice, flour products.
