#AskTheExpert My daughter is quite active physically and sleeps less, I am concern about her weight which is only 10 kgs.

A. hello...weight in a lower side...give better nutritional food...Give these foods which help in weight gain to yourbaby everyday....Potatoes are good for kids... .it's rich in carbohydrates, amino acids and dietary fibre. ...ghee in every food is good. Eggs are considered overall healthy for babies..(8 months+) proteins and fats both there...Bananas. ... Dairy products. ...paneer is good for them.. Chicken and other lean meats. ... Dry fruits. ...make powder and put in all foods... Oats.
