#asktheexpert my daughter is now 6 months old. so we are confused about cow milk or powder milk. which one is better?

A. Hello there sir. Please do not worry about it too much. You should give formula milk. Start the cow milk once the baby complete 1 year. Also start with semi solid food like daliya, mashed potatoes, bananas etc. Thanks and take care
