#asktheexpert, my daughter is now 10 month old, she is not showing interest in any kind of food, after taking one bite she close her mouth, bt she eat roasted makhana with interest, I want to know that how much quantity is safe and good for her and any other type of recipe of makhana to give her and how to make her interest in food, because she is not eating anything after one bite.

A. hi, try giving finger foods and let him play with it without worrying about how much he is actually putting in his mouth.. gradually she will accept it. tc
