#AskTheExpert my daughter is not taking any kind of fruits what can be done.. as a concern I want she should take one fruit a day.. please help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. The best thing to do is keep calm and keep offering. Provide fruits and vegetables as snacks. Make smoothies, pancakes adding fruits, , fruit salad. if your baby like it in puree or juice, can give it

Sushmitha JMom of a 5 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. hello mom,, fruits and veggies are necessary for babies in their diet, give atleast one fruit and vegetable in his food, for example: if you give curd rice you can add granted carrot, cucumber and pomegranate in that. you can give sliced carrot and green apple as finger food. you can add veggies for egg hamlet also like granted carrot, granted knol knol and granted capsicum.. l you can give fuit juices like apple, pomegranate, watermelon, muskmelon also.
