Then It could be some issue that your child is not behaving appropriately according to the age so do you know further about it I would say consult a child psychologist once go through an assessment with the doctor and if there’s anything that you need to take care of all you need to look into with medication or something the doctor can advise a psychologist would be able to read the mind better to consult one
