If Your child is even eating properly three times in a day whatever you are giving to the child religiously if your child is eating it now then it is more than enough for the healthy weight gain of your child but if your child is not eating properly then obviously you know the weight gain is going to be less so you should try to give more of proteins to the child if you eat egg then give it for breakfast to your child every day at least one egg every day in breakfast
