ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 6 years Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

Hi mommy Give three meal and two snacks in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting Children are fussy eater at this age Its all normal and common No need to worry It will correct soon Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
