Limit his snacks to 2 per day. Limit fluid intake - water + 480 ml of other fluids per day. Serve different varieties - rotate the menu and add new recipes to keep your kid interested and also learn about his food preferences. Get creative with the presentation - offer small portions, the kid will ask for more if he needs. A fixed timing can regularise your toddler's appetite and prepare him for meals. Make mealtimes a fun family experience - do not eat your meals Infront of the TV. Interact with each other during mealtime and make it fun. Give your kid more finger foods. Do not spoon feed : give your kid a bowl and spoon to eat on his own. Let him play with the food and make a mess. Praise your kid even if he finishes a small part of his meal. Do not have conversations about eating - do not discuss or complain about your kid's eating habits Infront of your child as it may worsen the problem.
