#asktheexpert my daughter is loosing all her weight, she is going to be 4yo in may and she is 18.5kgs. Her height is more than a 5yo kid. is there any food which will make her look healthy(little chubby). she eats normal food what we prepare at home.

A. healthy food intake for weight gain give potato sweet potato ragi Dalia eggs banana dry fruits as cashew almond in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount start with vitamin supplement as zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatrician
