#asktheexpert my daughter is hyper active,she has lower weight gain..what to do to calm her down n gain weight

A. Hello good afternoon !! If baby is active and achieving milestones then no need to worry about weight. By 5-6 months babies double,one year triple or nearer to triple of their birth weight. Mashed banana, steamed and mashed potatoes, peas, beans,dal kichdi, idly, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts powder, Mashed dal rice, curd rice, Ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer helps in increasing weight.
