A. Dear parent, toothache can be due to folloeing reasons 1. Milk tooth erupting in the back region of jaw 2. Cavities in milk teeth 3. Ulcer or any injury to the gums or cheeks can also mimic dental pain Please consult a pediatric dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

A. Currently you can give paracetamol plus please check with your doctor to know and understand what is the reason behind the pain and what kind of medicine should be given to the child and please check with your doctor dentist
