#asktheexpert my daughter is having nausea very often she is 3 years old please guide

A. Ginger works well for nausea and vomiting. Grate a small piece of ginger. Squeeze the juice out of the grated ginger and add a few drops of honey to make it palatable. Give it to your child twice or thrice a day. A mixture of ginger juice and honey will not only cure nausea but also aid the digestion process.
