#asktheexpert my daughter is having breast milk on right breast only, she avoided left breast milk completely, do j need to extract milk on left side every day, and one breast milk is enough for 5 months old baby? please advice.

A. You should actually express the feed and give it with the feeding bottle because what happens is if the child is only going to feed from one side the breast will be of different sizes and also the body will stop making milk eventually in one breast so to make that thing balance you have to give milk from both the sides
