#asktheexpert my daughter is fourteen month old and i want to stop breastfeeding her.. is this the correct age to stop giving her breast milk or does it have any consequences on her...

A. Breast milk should be given for a minimum of 6 months and for a maximum period of 2 years. You can start giving whole cow's milk and milk products once the child turns one year old. Slowly and steadily stop breastfeeding your child. Drop one breastfeed at a time.
