ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. apply coconut oil or Moisturizer It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Dry patches on face is due to dryness. Apply baby cream on the face. U can buy babyhug cream This will help to moisturize the skin leaving it soft and smooth. Take care and all the best
