Give Good amount of liquid to the child try to maintain cool into the body by giving a good amount of liquid it could be anything it could be butter milk lemonade or any healthy drink that you can think of start giving coconut water on an everyday basis to the child that will help in any if any point of time the nose bleed then put an ice cube on to that area the bleeding will immediately stop
