#asktheexpert My Daughter is facing issue while doing Potty. She is applying lots of pressure while doing it and it's taking time also. Potty is very dry and hard. This is happening from last 4 days. Kindly suggest what can be done. Any medicine or change in food. Kindly Consult

Maybe your child is either suffering with hard motion or constipation either of the things are not good for the child that is why your child is applying a lot of pressure what you can do in the current status is to just give good amount of water and fibre to the child and apply castor oil in and around the naval before sleeping
