#AskTheExpert my daughter is completed 3month and she is on both breast feed and formula. her poop will be green colour with no mucus type and all.. just green colour. please let me know why it's green colour and is it normal. for one week I'm giving darolac 2.5ml twice daily

A. no problem with it, Green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. .It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby. If your baby is on formual milk then it is also normal . Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. If green watery stool with foul smelling passes for multiple time do check with your paedritician once..
