#AskTheExpert my daughter is almost 3months, is it compulsory to burp after every feed day and night... most of the night she will sleep off during the feed and cannot be able to burp her... can you please suggest some alternatives.. thank you

Yes it is important to give burp after every feed in upright position to prevent gas formation in stomach.
But if the baby is active and comfortable otherwise, no signs of vomiting or gas in stomach then it is ok if ur baby is not taking burp or sleep after taking feed
