#AskTheExpert My daughter is about 3 months and only brest feeding. I am a working lady I want to practice bowl feeding. But when I tried she cry loudly and do vomiting all. can't think what to do for her......

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom , babies by this won’t be able digest food so early in life as now all what they need is mothers feed and that needs to be exclusively done till the age of 6 months as solids can only be started from that age.
You can opt to pump your milk and feed the baby
