Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is about 22 days. can we use cow milk for feeding. We use similac IQ + for feeding. due to less milk of mother we use similac for feeding.

A. hi.. it's not safe and hard to digest cow milk.. so, it's best to continue with similac.. mother should be feeded frequently for every 2 hrs... should take high protein diet and lactate granules twice a day.. it's helps to increase breast feeding.. ajwain, eggs, fishes, sprouts, garlic dairy products, leafy vegetables, helps to increase mother's milk.

A. Then You please continue with the formula milk only that you’re giving to the child if it is suiting your child there is no requirement of starting with cows milk before the particular age of one year it’s not a very easy for a child to digest and neither it is recommended
