A. For healthy weight gain of the baby, is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avacado, milk and its products. Feed 3 main meals along with healthy snacks and variety of flyids.
