Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually it is not like very much necessary if it is prescribed by your doctor and if you feel like supplements are required you can definitely give under your doctor's prescription as well as acid breastfeeding mother firstly you have to take good intake of food and feed your baby exclusively
