#asktheexpert my daughter is 8 year old sometimes she complains of my head is spinning I m having vomiting feeling . she is not able to digest milk as well

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom if she isnt able to digest milk well then better is to avoid them, you may also get her HB levels checked , could be iron deficency, but if thats also fine please get once examined by the doctor.
