she doesn't cry .....sometimes just scratch her ear.

If your child is crying while doing it then maybe your child is having some problem you should consult an ENT doctor but if scratching is only on the outer side and not showing any other discomfort then probably that’s due to dryness so you can apply any cream or lotion there
