rubbing the ears can we because of different reasons such as teething , or any kind of ear infection.
if the child doesn't have any other problem then no need to worry regarding the rubbing of the ears.
also give all kind of fruits vegetables grains and cereals for the weight gain of the child till the age of 1 year
