#asktheexpert my daughter is 8.5 she's getting stretch marks on her thighs , Butt. stomach. very prominent ones . weight 39. height 4.2ft. she's active too kindly advise

I think your child is quite overweight which is why your child is having stretch marks because what happens is when the body expands there are stretch marks because now it is expanding beyond the capacity as per the age the height is good but the weight is really much on the higher side so that is why probably your child is having stretch mark start applying Kapoor and coconut oil regularly to avoid this issue
