#asktheexpert My daughter is 7years she got white patches on cheeks (face ) what is the reason for that and how to get cured?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.d some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please maintain proper hygiene and also massage with mix of almond oil and olive oil twice a day and also if doesn’t disappear within few days then evaluate once with your local child doctor in person and ask for vitamins and supplements after evaluation.
