#asktheexpert my daughter is 7 months old only have 1 or 2spoons of food.. that too forcefully.. she don't open her mouth what to do

You can also try eating together, showing her how you eat, and making mealtimes fun with playful sounds or toys. If she continues to refuse food or if you're concerned about her growth or nutrition, it's best to consult with her pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues.
