#asktheexpert my daughter is 7 months old now and she suffers from cold very frequently. I keep the temperature of my ac 26-27 always with her. She spends her day in creche and this time every day one or other child is suffering from viral due to which she catches the infection. what should I do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability cohhkuld be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

give immunity boosting foods
give steam inhalation
use nasoclear saline nasal drops
