Q.

#AskTheExpert My daughter is 7 months old. I mix breast milk with roti & steamed rice to make it soft because I don't give her any formula milk(from birth). Is it OK to use BM with solid foods?

A. yes, you can add bm in roti.. just make crumbs of a soft wheat chapati in a mixer or by hands , soaking it in dal and feeding her when it turns soft. also mixed and mashed with dal or curd or milk.
