Q.

#asktheexpert My daughter is 6yrs old and now she is 28kg how can I control her weight. she always eat healthy food and will do yoga daily. can you give any tips for this.

A. no need to worry just increase baby's physical activities keep more of engaged in some other activity so that baby remains active mostly I would like to suggest do not to worry about weight gain much at this stage let them enjoy their childhood

A. hi weight is higher on side. so please consult your pediatrician for once. offer food like ragi, sprouts , oats etc it will help to keep your child stomach full for long period. encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling , jumping , running etc yes practice yoga or exercises daily
