#asktheexpert my daughter is 6months old. I want to start solids. is it okay to give her cerlac along with 2tbsp of rice,dal and ghee on same day.

A. better to give any one type of food a day. follow tree day wait rule. offered foid shoukd be well cooked,n singel ingredient. taje caee n all the best
