#AskTheExpert my daughter is 6 years old.. she is getting burps very often.. and releases gas very often.. kindly let me know how can these two be arrested...

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good morning Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
