Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter is 6 months 11days old, now am only giving breast feeding. can I start solids to my daughter now?

A. Absolutely. You can start with fruits first, once in a day. Properly ripened and mashed bananas, chikoos, boiled apple etc. Also, when introducing to new food, continue giving it for 3-4 days and notice if his/her body is accepting it fine. Eventually you can increase the frequency and give only one new food in a day so that you know if he/she is having any problem with new food.

A. hi parent yes ma'am you can give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee you can give properly cook rice and khichdi please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
